Laste om nagot i ortodoxa kyrkan som kallas for ”forlatelsens rit”. Det paminner mig i viss man om en viss akt under den laestadianska gudstjansten. (ja, bortsett fran kyssandet av ikonerna, forstas!) Om jag minns ratt sa brukar ofta denna laestadianska akt leda till manniskors djupa anger, vilket ofta yttrar sig i tarar; nagon har sagt att det nastan gransar till tungotal. Vilket i sin tur aven det ar valdigt likt det de ortodoxa kallar ”tararnas nadegava”. Hur som helst:
The Cross and the icons of our Savior and the Theotokos are brought out and placed on the stands on the ambo. The Rector makes prostrations and venerates the Cross and the icons. Then he turns to the people and asks for their forgiveness, saying: ”Bless me, holy fathers and brothers, and forgive me, a sinner, the sins that I have committed this day and in all the days of my life, whether in word, deed, or thought, and with all my senses.” Having said this, he bows to the ground before the people. Everyone responds to him with bowing to the ground and says: ”God will forgive you, holy father. Forgive us, sinners, and bless.” The priest replies: ”With His Grace, may God forgive us and have mercy on us.” Then the Rector takes the Cross. All the clergy in order and by their ranks venerate the icons, kiss the Cross and each other, and ask forgiveness. Following them come the lay people, venerating the Cross and the icons held by the clergy, and kissing each other, asking forgiveness of the clergy and of each other.
Det där var bra. Man skulle behöva ha en sådan ritual i alla kyrkor. Församlingen kan mycket väl behöva be sin pastor/präst om förlåtelse ibland och denne kan i sin tur behöva be sin församling om samma sak. I många stycken felar vi ju alla… Och vi räcker inte alltid till för varandra. Detta är smärtsamt. Också relationen pastor-församling behöver vårdas och uppmärksammas. Gör man det i form av en ritual har man en form att luta sig mot och uttrycka sig i. Då blir det lättare. På det sättet är riten ett stöd ibland kan jag tycka, jag som är frimicklare och allt…

Det ar nog inte helt utan anledning att Gud i alla tider, bade inom och utanfor Bibeln, latit sitt folk anvanda ritualer:)
Som du namner oppnar ritualer ofta upp. Dessutom kanner man en slags djupare gemenskap, en enhet, mellan varandra – i forsamlingen, i kyrkan i varlden, och i kyrkan genom tiderna. Med mera.
